ICM has designed a series of precision SAW Filter
Test Fixtures for various package sizes. This fixtures
are available for manual operation as well for
automatic handler application. It is a great advantage
to be able to measure the newly developed Saw filter
in a manual test fixture and then use the exact same
test environment for large quantity testing on
automatic handler systems.


Many standard models with 2, 3 or 4 RFs are
available. Most are available in the standard version
or special low profile versions for Automatic Handler
Applications.

In fixture calibration can be done with
THRU-Standard Kits or complete TOSL-Calibration
Kits. Calibration coefficients are available for many
Automatic Network Analyzers.

Spare parts kits are available for in-field service of all
fixtures.
