The ICM TDR Probe A0113864 features an adjustable
ground assembly to allow use in a multitude of different
environments. The Ground Assembly can be positioned at
any point from 0.13" to 1.00" from the RF Pin axis center.
This allows for testing of points that may have different RF
to Ground pitches with the same TDR Probe. The design
features a SMA Connector with a 50 Ohm transition section
for use up to 6 GHz. The Ground Assembly has a spring
loaded contact to accommodate testing on products where
the RF and Ground planes may be different due to
tolerancing. (Ex: solder contacts on PC Board Assemblies)
The TDR Probe can be used by hand or with the help of an
external fixture such as the UTP-3000 Series or the
Adjustable Probe Holder Assembly.

The ICM TDR Probe A0113864B offers a good, low cost,
easy to use solution to testing TDR in a variety of
circumstances.

The design features a SMA Connector with a 50 Ohm
transition section for use up to 6 GHz. The Ground Contact
is made by a Spring Loaded Contact to ensure good ground
contact. Different Ground Spacing Assemblies can be
purchased for custom spacing requirements.
The TDR Probe can be used by hand or with the help of an
external fixture such as the UTP-3000 Series or the
