The design features a SMA Connector with a 50 Ohm
transition section for use up to 6 GHz. The Ground Contact
is made by a Spring Loaded Contact to ensure good ground
contact. Different Ground Spacing Assemblies can be
purchased for custom spacing requirements.
The TDR Probe can be used by hand or with the help of an
external fixture such as the UTP-3000 Series or the
Adjustable Probe Holder Assembly. (Both require the Split
Clamp Assembly (ICM P/N A0113937) for 0.250" Dia.
Probes.)

The ICM TDR Probe offers a good, low cost, easy to use
solution to testing TDR in a variety of circumstances

The design features a SMA Connector with a 50 Ohm
transition section for use up to 6 GHz. The Ground Contact
is spring loaded to accommodate tolerance differences
between the height of the RF and Ground Contact points. It
is also removable so that you can position it in the different
holes to allow for different RF to Ground pitch distances.
These distances are set at 0.020" increments, so most points
between 0.06" and 0.20" can be met.
The TDR Probe can be used by hand or with the help of an
