Based on advanced algorithms, extensive testing, and over a decade of industry experience, ARULE™ has proven to be an effective tool for monitoring wear and degradation of critical systems. Such systems include mechanical, electrical, power, and electro-mechanical subsystems. ARULE™ is an advanced prognostic reasoner that is a key component is Ridgetop's Sentinel Suite product line, and is now available as a stand alone software package to support Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), Prognostic Health Management (PHM), and Integrated Vehicle Health Management (IVHM) applications for aerospace, defense, transportation, energy, and industrial applications. 

Best operation, maintenance, and sustainment practices are known to incorporate CBM, PHM, and/or IVHM functionality into key systems and subsystems. For example, instead of replacing bearings every 2000 hours, these best practices allow maintenance to be performed based on physical evidence of wear and degradation of the bearing. Similar applications that Ridgetop has built solutions for include power supply systems, actuators, and even transmission gearbox systems that employ each of the comments elements in Ridgetop's technology set. The key elements include a sensor interface to acquire data streams, anomaly detection algorithms, and application hardware, firmware, and software that utilize ARULE™ for processing key data streams into State-of-Health (SoH), Remaining Useful Life (RUL), and Prognostic Horizon (PH). All of these modular solutions are available from Ridgetop, and we are reaching out to companies that wish to evaluate our latest technology enhancements.
