The business of ATE Systems involves solely the development of custom, autonomous, manufacturing test systems. We do not sell instrumentation, but use the most appropriate instrumentation choices from across the entire spectrum of vendors. We do not simply integrate test racks, but design solutions to solve specific customer challenges using our unique skill set.

This skill set includes requirements-driven test system design; detailed electrical, microwave, test fixture, packaging, thermal, and dynamic design; microwave metrology; full automation of the calibration and measurement process; and automation of DUT handling.
