This is the latest innovation in Failure Analysis. The New GTL Failure Analysis Bridge is designed to be compatible with Mititoyo and Motic three-lens changeover turret microscopes that are able to travel in the X, Y and Z axis, and a 4060 Base Probe Station.

The GTL 4060 provides large test platform to accommodate medium to large size test boards but still offering the ability to work on smaller boards, sockets, connectors and sub-assemblies.

  ■Sliding platens with unique locking feature            ■Up to 8 GTL micropositioners

  ■Variable intensity Halogen-ring illumination system

  ■Compatible with Mititoyo and Motic three-lens changeover turret microscopes

  ■Microscope X-Axis movement - 11 inches/  Microscope Y-Axis movement - 11 inches

  ■ Microscope Z-Axis movement - 7 inches

  ■Manual Anti-Backlash axis drives

  ■Optional High-resolution color video system, LCD display w/ multi-input video selector
